Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from MWT. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstandingly low prices. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply Contact Us for a Returns Number within 7 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a full refund minus any carriage costs we have incurred.

Due to several orders being received, particuarly for Mcgard Replacement Keys, without the correct details on (ie an 8 digit code when the form quite clearly states 10 digit) we will now only refund £15.00 to the purchaser with £5.00 for administration costs.

We cannot accept any locks back if they have been fitted or used.

If you decide within 7 days that you would like to return an item purchased from this website, you must Contact Us for us to arrange collection..

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund, minus any carriage costs incurred. Any Replacement Keys ordered are non refundable as these are made to special order.

To cancel, you can email us or write to us to request a returns number (see Contact Us for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) can only be returned to us by us collecting them from you.

You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner.
